My pug Lily would chase the laser pointer until she passed out. And still would want to chase. You could point your finger to the ground and she would look for the dot on the ground so excited. Agnes likes to chase the dot as well. Though, she's a bit smarter than Lily so she often will come attacking the hand holding the pointer.

Lily hated the dot too! |
If you remember, Agnes has a snake that she loves. She still loves it, and unfortunately, it still squeaks. She likes to bring it to you and squeak it on you. That squeaker will never die!
|
Agnes still loves the snake. |
She also likes her walks. We go to the dog park just about every day and she loves it.

Put that leash on me, Mama! |
She's been on a medication because we found out she has dedomatic mange. I feel like a mom who's kid has lice, but it's not the contagious one. It's the kind that is gotten from the mother and manifests when the immune system is compromised. By a growth spurt or an illness. But, hers was a growth spurt, thankfully. But, she's been on some intense medication to help her. It knocks her out at night, though, which is pretty funny! You can do pretty much whatever you want to her, she's so knocked out.
We took her back in today, and the vet was impressed with how well its cleared up. We're even scheduled to get a spaying now.
Oh, and in other news. We're talking about getting Agnes her own pug. Shh... I don't want her to know that we may be expecting. I'm not sure if she'll be jealous or excited. I'm also not sure if we'll go through with it. I can't imagine loving a dog more than her and I'm worried two will divide my attention. Though I think she would enjoy having a playmate. But, it will make going away harder. See, so many pros and cons!
